Yes. Arogya Bharath Seva Trust is registered under the Indian Trust Act and listed on the NGO Darpan portal of NITI Aayog.
2. What causes does the Trust support?
The Trust supports emergency medical care, poor patient treatment, women’s health programs, health awareness initiatives, and humanitarian and community support activities.
3. How are individual cases verified?
Every case is internally reviewed and verified using medical records or relevant local documentation before any assistance is approved.
4. Can I choose a specific campaign while donating?
Yes. Donors may select a preferred campaign. Final utilisation depends on urgency, verified need, and availability of funds.
5. Are donations eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G?
Yes. Donations are eligible for 80G tax benefits. A valid PAN and donor details are required to issue the receipt.
6. Is my donation secure?
Yes. All donations are processed through secure Indian payment gateways and credited directly to the Trust’s official bank account.
7. Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. Anonymous donations are accepted as per applicable laws. PAN details are mandatory if an 80G receipt is requested.
8. Do you accept foreign or international donations?
No. At present, the Trust accepts donations only from Indian sources.
9. Are donations refundable?
No. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
