1. User Definition
“User” refers to donors, campaign creators, beneficiaries, volunteers, organizations, and any individual using the services of ArogyaFund.org.
2. Platform Services
ArogyaFund.org is a crowdfunding platform operated by Arogya Bharath Seva Trust. The platform enables:
* Donors to contribute funds
* Campaigners to raise funds
* Support for medical emergencies, temple / church construction, education, and humanitarian causes
* CSR facilitation for companies
The Trust acts only as an intermediary between donors and beneficiaries.
3. Campaigns & Donations
Campaigners raise funds for charitable causes. All donations are voluntary. The Trust reserves the right to allocate funds appropriately depending on urgency and availability.
4. Fees & Charges
Arogya Bharath Seva Trust may deduct administrative, processing or promotional charges where applicable. Donors may optionally provide tips which may be retained by the Trust.
5. Payment Disclaimer
The Trust is not responsible for failures or errors arising from payment gateways, banks, or third-party service providers.
6. User Eligibility
Users must be 18+ years or have guardian consent. Organizations must have proper authorization.
7. Registration
Users must provide accurate details and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
